The Dacia Duster is getting ready to receive a facelift, as
a prototype spotted during a test session shows. The new 2014 Dacia Duster will
be officially launched until the end of the year 2013.
After the styling upgrade on the Dacia Sandero hatchback and
the Dacia logan sedan / estate, it seems like the
Romanian automaker is getting ready to apply the same treatment to its only SUV
in its range of models. It seems that the stage of things is quite advanced, as
a prototype was spotted on camera during a test session a few days ago.
Even though the prototype is heavily camouflaged, a series
of modifications brought to the frontal area, as well as the rear part can be
easily observed. The headlights, grill and spoiler are covered in order to mask
the completely new design of the Dacia Duster. At the rear end of the SUV the
Romanian automaker has done a few minor tweaks for the stoplights and rear
bumper.
The interior of the Dacia Duster will be refreshed too, as
the 2014 model will get new seats, MEDIA NAV multimedia system as well as a new
design for the dashboard. The new Dacia Duster is expected to make its debut in
the autumn of this year, perhaps at the International Auto Saloon in Frankfurt
which is scheduled between the 12th and 22nd of September.
